The skin pattern of the parts is officially announced by the design department of the host factory, and is generally distributed in the visible area, including the high visible area and the low visible area, except for the painted parts and chrome-plated parts.
This process adopts resist transfer ink, screen printing decorative pattern on decal paper, transferring the decorative pattern ink to the mold by lamination method, and after drying and trimming, chemical corrosion is carried out, and then concave-convex decorative pattern is made on the mold.
Process flow:
Base drawing production → photographic plate making → screen plate making → ink blending → decal paper printing decorative pattern → ink drying → mold pre-treatment → decal transfer → drying → trimming → corrosion → inspection → cleaning, rust prevention.
