Skin texture refers to the natural texture born in the epidermis of living creatures, usually refers to the natural texture on the surface of the skin of human beings or other animals such as cows, deer, crocodiles, etc.; it can also be generalized to refer to the texture on the surface of plants such as the epidermis of trees, sections, leaves, etc.; with the expansion of the concept of modern design, it develops into the texture on the surface of other natural or artificial items, such as stone texture, fabric texture, electric spark texture and so on.
“Leather texture”, that is, refers to the surface texture of plastic products. Plastic products due to different materials, the surface of the arrangement, organization, structure is different, thus producing rough, smooth, soft and hard feeling, manifested as different skin texture.
This process adopts resist transfer ink, screen printing decorative pattern on decal paper, transferring the decorative pattern ink to the mold by filming method, and after drying and trimming, chemical corrosion is carried out, and then concave and convex decorative pattern is made on the mold.
